According to Pop Culture, "I mentioned yesterday that it's worse a turf toe and that it's probably a bone problem. I can't believe I have to go on the air again to discuss my medical information. But I do have a fractured toe," Rodgers stated.
"COVID toe is something I've never heard of before. My feet are free of lesions. It's simply a case of misinformation. It's surprising from a once respected journalistic institution. That is the world we live in nowadays." He added.
Rodgers revealed that he first injured his toe while working out while in quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19. Packers head coach Matt LaFleur told reporters that Rodgers would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis as the team prepares to face the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.
Rodgers will then have some time to recover as the Packers go on the following week before hosting the Chicago Bears in Week 14.
