Ella Gruffudd and Elsie Gruffudd, the pair's daughters, are estranged. Evans went on to say that she and her girls are "extremely puzzled and upset." The tweet was later removed.

However, she became pregnant with daughter Ella after her first round of IVF, while her second daughter Elsie required eight rounds of treatment.

Each round cost roughly £7,000 and had a 20% chance of succeeding. In 2016, Alice wrote in the Mail: "I realize how fortunate I am. I was the lottery winner. I get to kiss the two most wonderful people I've ever met goodnight."

According to insiders close to Alice now feels "completely vindicated" over all of her suspicions after Ioan repeatedly denied having an affair. Evans went on to accuse mutual friends of knowing about the affair. 

Per an insider, "Ioan has denied so many things since they split up that at times Alice started to question herself and wonder whether she saw things incorrectly. She now believes that this supports all of her convictions, nevertheless.

"Even though she felt it might have been because of how drastically his behavior toward her altered, Ioan assured her that this wasn't about anybody else when she repeatedly asked him if it was.

As per Euro Weekly News, Alice Evans, who started the campaign on June 20, 2022, and is attempting to raise $25,000 (€23,750), said that her divorce struggle had left her broke and that she had sacked her legal team because she could no longer afford their expenses. This month marks month 15 of the divorce.

"I never in a million years believed I would be doing this," Evan writes on her GoFundMe page. "I thought my life was going great up until recently. We spent a fortune on IVF, but it was totally worth it to have my wonderful spouse and two smart children!

"However, in August 2020, just as the virus started to spread, my entire world came crashing down. Finally, all of my savings, accounts, pensions and other assets have been depleted by legal fees.

"All my accounts ran out yesterday; therefore, I could not make any purchases. I'm doing something I've never done: asking for assistance and never anticipated doing. I don't have any parents or any relatives I can borrow from.

"In the UK, it's just my brother, his wife and me. It is embarrassing, yes. Everything you can give will be helpful."
