Candace announced her second pregnancy on Instagram and Twitter on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, with photos of them with their son. "Family of four. #July 2022," she wrote on Twitter.

As per Daily Mail, Candace Owens recently slammed the staff at a Tennessee hospital for allegedly holding her and her newborn baby daughter hostage after she gave birth in July.

Owens claims she was not allowed to leave Saint Thomas Hospital until she consented to a blood draw from her healthy newborn. Candace also refused to take an antibiotic, culminating in what she describes as "24 hours of torture."

Candace gave birth to her second child, a daughter named Louise, on July 13, and the aftermath of the birth, according to her in a new interview with The Daily Mail, was a miserable experience.

Owens claims the hospital prevented her from leaving until the baby had an unnecessary blood test. If she did not comply, staff allegedly threatened to contact child services. In addition, she accused the hospital mafia of inflating her insurance bill.

Candace plans to raise awareness about this issue through her DailyWire+ podcast. She intends to use her influence and links in Congress to advocate for legislation that denies states power over our own children.

Owens describes the medical system as "criminal" for allowing doctors and nurses to threaten patients that if they leave against medical advice, insurance may not cover their stay and that they can also send CPS to their house.

"If this can occur in Tennessee, it can take place anywhere," Candace said. In Washington, DC, there are more lobbyists for big pharma than elected representatives."

"I've felt that burden since I became a mother," Owens explained. "I am a mother with a platform, I am in a position where I can affect change, think about this other woman who can't - we just want to sleep and rest for that 24 hours."
