Chad Gable's WWE Career

In November 2013, Betts was given the ring name Chad Gable during his first appearance in the WWE wrestling promotion. He debuted in the ring for the first time on September 5, 2014, at an NXT house show in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

In his debut match, he defeated Troy McClain and earned his first victory. Chad improved his wrestling abilities and made his television debut on January 8, 2015, losing to Tyler Breeze.

Gable and Jordan won their first WWE title, the NXT Tag Team Championship, by defeating Dash and Dawson "The Revival." Chad was drafted to the SmackDown brand in 2016, where he and Jordan defeated The Vaudevillians
