Grammy Award-winning Singer Chris Brown is Accused of Hitting a Woman at His Los Angeles Home.

Chris Brown, a Grammy Award-winning singer, is accused of hitting a woman during an argument on Friday.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson, officers responded to a home in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. However, the address corresponds with the address Brown shared for his Tarzana, California home on a promotional flyer for a garage sale he hosted in November 2019, which Billboard reported.

However, when police arrived at the home, Brown, 32, was not present. According to TMZ, the alleged victim, whose name has not been released, claimed that Brown struck her during an argument, and he smacked her in the head hard enough for her hair weave to fall out. Although, no injuries were reported, and it is unclear if Chris would face any charges.

The LAPD spokesperson told NBC News that the incident is being investigated as a battery and referred to the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office. Meanwhile, this is not the first time Brown has been arrested for the same case.

Brown was taken in back in 2009 after assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. According to NBC News, he pleaded guilty to felony assault and completed probation in 2015. Similarly, one of Brown's former girlfriends, model-actress Karrueche Tran, was granted a five-year restraining order against him in 2017.
