Melissa knows well how to maintain her body shape.
The 40-year-old does not have a strict policy of constant workout in her routine, but she does not skip it. She told Women's Health Magazine, "If I don't work out for a week or two, I feel miserable."
She starts her mornings with a cup of coffee for rejuvenating some energy in her body, and then she lifts weights: lots and lots of loads. She does not need to do cardio as she does a lot of running. This way, she does intensive one-hour-workouts four times a week.

Melissa follow her own diet routine instead of the mainstream keto or paleo diets.

The star yet has not incorporated keto or paleo diets in her routine, saying, "I never do fad diets."
Well, she might soon change her mind and shift to a slightly fat-based diet that is so much on trend nowadays.
