She also got to enjoy her kids' extracurricular events more often. She decided to quit Dr. Now's program but promised to continue her weight loss journey.

Cynthia Wells thought of losing excess neck skin through surgery afterward. But she needed to lose more weight for the operation to take place. Dr. Now wanted her to be down to 324 pounds in order for her to get the surgery, but when she was weighed, Cynthia was 376 pounds. The doctor wanted her to get psychotherapy, but she had to look after her kids, and she did not have time. So, she parted ways with Dr. Now.

Is Cynthia Still Losing Weight Nowadays?

Since her departure from the series, there not much information available on whether Cynthia is still losing weight or not. Her social media posts seem to show that she is continuing to lose weight and aiming towards attaining a healthy and fit body. She has shared some updates about her workout regimen, including sharing her fitness tracker and some recipes from what appears to be her keto diet.
