After that, he added funnily: "If you're wondering about the diet secret, it's just not eating food."

Harbour informed hosts Sally Nugent and Jon Kay that he shed just over 80 pounds as a result of his diet while speaking from the set of London's Ambassadors Theatre, where he is currently appearing in the play Mad House.

Following David's admission that the sword he used in the season four finale was the identical one Arnold Schwarzenegger employed in the Conan movies, this information has emerged.

In the fourth season of Stranger Things, nine features Hopper and Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) battling a dangerous Demogorgon in a Russian jail after one of the monsters escapes from their plan to imprison and kill it.

Before fearlessly facing the Demogorgon with it, Hopper bravely reaches down to the ground and picks up a sword that was left there after a prisoner used it to battle the monster in an earlier episode.

And now actor David has disclosed that Arnold Schwarzenegger used the exact same prop in the 1982 movie Conan the Barbarian and its follow-up Conan the Destroyer.

In the first Conan movie, an epic sword-and-sorcery adventure, the main character sets out to track down the sorcerer who murdered his family.
