Drake Teases Kanye Unreleased Song Using Kim Kardashian's Voice on Recent Divorce

Kim Kardashian's voice is making waves in the music world again, but this time it's not for her singing. Rapper Drake has teased a new song on his Instagram stories that samples a clip of Kim's voice from the final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She is currently dating Pete Davidson.

In the unreleased track titled "Rescue Me," Kim's voice can be heard saying, "I didn't come this far just to come this far and not be happy." The conversation was from the episode where Kim revealed to her mother, Kris Jenner, that she wanted to divorce Kanye West, her then-husband. 

Drake has a history of using exes of his rivals in his music, as seen in his song "Faithful," which features a clip of Amber Rose's voice. In this case, with Drake and Kanye's complicated history, it's understandable why fans may see this as a shot at Ye. 

Despite the infamous rap beef between Drake and Kanye, they put their differences aside in 2021 to help promote the release of Gangster's Disciples co-founder Larry Hoover from prison. However, with these recent shots fired by Drake, it appears that Drizzy is not ready to bury the hatchet just yet. 

In the new track, Drake appears to be hinting at his desire to settle down with his ideal woman.

 "I need someone to be patient with me/Someone to get money, would not take it from me/They don’t even need to be as famous as me/I don’t think I meet 'em at the places I be/But deep down I think about you all day, mami," he raps. 

While there's no word yet on whether Drake will release the track as a single or if he has plans for a new album, the Canadian rapper is set to hit the road with 21 Savage on their It's All a Blur Tour in support of their collaborative project, Her Loss, which was released in 2022. The tour is set to kick off on June 6 in New Orleans.

Drake's use of Kim Kardashian's voice in his new track has once again put the reality TV star in the spotlight. While she may not be singing, her voice is being heard by millions in a new way, adding another chapter to her already multi-faceted career.
