As per Nine, Emma Stone's Malibu beach property was sold for $4.4 million.

Stone, the Oscar-winning actress best known for her roles in "Birdman" and "The Help," has sold the beachy Malibu mansion she's owned since 2018. It was also under contract roughly a week after it was listed.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Emma, 33, sold the three-bedroom for $4.42 million, a hefty chunk more than the $4.29 million she sought when she listed it in May. She reportedly received five offers from potential purchasers, but the new owner's name remains unknown.

Stone, who is actually from Arizona, paid $3.25 million to claim this California property as her own. The one-story ranch property is perched on a blufftop with views of the Pacific Ocean and is on approximately 3.2 acres. The majority of the interior rooms have views of the water.

"This is a good example of a category that is so in demand," Sotheby's International Realty listing agent Eric Lavey told the Wall Street Journal. (The buyer was represented by Nourmand & Associates' Rochelle Maize.) "Where can you obtain this experience for less than $5 million?" Good luck, it's not going to happen."

Aside from the famous connection, the next owner will receive a fully refurbished kitchen with details like painted brick and a skylight over the sink.

Listing photos show a brick patio with chairs, eucalyptus and yucca trees around the property, a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace, and even a bathroom with trendy white-tone tiles. There are also beamed ceilings and an open vibe to the area, thanks in large part to the use of white and neutral tones.

It's unclear why Stone wanted to sell this mansion, but it's not the only one she owns. She also has property in Los Angeles, New York, and Austin, Texas.
