'Fast and Furious 9' Raises More than $127 million at the International Box Office.
The most awaited Fast & Furious franchise has broken many records in just a few days of release. Because of the premiere of 'Fast & Furious 9' in some markets, the film industry has received a big boost.
F9 opened in eight foreign markets, including Korea, Hong Kong, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, China, and more. Since COVID-19 hit the world, there have not been many films to make the largest overseas debut, but it looks like it will become the one movie to make the debut.'

According to Universal, this ninth chapter in the saga that began 20 years ago has raised $6 billion worldwide and has become the best international premiere since the pandemic started. As per Variety, the movie has generated $127 million at the global box office to date, and it's expected to gross more than $160 million by this week.
In China alone, F9 has grossed $105 million (RMB 680M) and becoming the 2nd biggest opening for Universal and the Fast Franchise in the market behind 'The Fate Of The Furious.' The franchise is one of the most successful Hollywood movies in the Chinese market.

Meanwhile, Korea stands strong with a $7.7 million collection, and Russia's display is estimated at $6.4 million. The movie's release has already surpassed 'Godzilla vs. Kong's international debut, which collected $121 million from 38 countries.
F9 is directed by Justin Lin (who has taken over the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth chapters of the saga). The film stars Vin Diesel, John Cena, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Helen. Mirren, Charlize Theron, and Cardi B are the cast of the movie. It is scheduled for June 25 in the North American premiere.
The star of the franchise Vin Diesel as Dom Toretto leads a quiet life with Letty and her son, little Brian. But of course, they know that danger awaits, and this time, Dom is forced to face the sins of his past if he wants to save those he loves most.
