When David learned about her decision, he was furious and they got into a fight. Jenelle filed a restraining order against him after he allegedly threatened to break her friend's neck. She charged the 31-year-old with physical and verbal abuse, totaling up to six alleged incidents against him.

On the other hand, David denies the charges and allegations, saying all of them were fabricated to the police. He urges that he never abused his wife Jenelle, who is worth $2 million, or her friend, and he is 'better off without her.'
