Lawrence paid a total of $15.6 million for a penthouse apartment on New York's Upper West Side in 2016. She listed the unit for $15.45 million in 2019. Unfortunately, Jennifer ended up taking a $5+ million loss on the unit when she sold it in 2020 for $9.9 million.
