No additional specifics regarding the settlement were revealed, according to The Blast, which also got the paperwork.
The 36-year-old actress and the 31-year-old professional equestrian confirmed their separation in a statement to ET in September 2021.
'Despite a strong love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have brought us in distinct places,' the ex-couple told the source.
'We have both discussed so much of our journey publicly, so while we would prefer to keep this portion of our personal lives private, we wanted to be open and honest with one other.' There is no hostility or anger, on the contrary.'
'We have taken this choice mutually out of an enormous amount of respect and concern for one another, and we request that you do the same in knowing that we will not be releasing any other details or commenting further,' Kaley and Karl said.
The Big Bang Theory alumna met Cook at a horse event in 2016 where he was competing.
They instantly bonded over their passion for horses and married in June 2018 at a horse stable.
Kaley told Cosmopolitan at the time that she had not expected to marry again after her first marriage to former professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting, 34, ended in 2015 after only 21 months of marriage.
Ryan and Kaley signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage, but the former pro athlete later requested spousal support.
Ryan's request for spousal support was denied in their divorce documents, but Kaley was ordered to pay him a lump payment of $165,000 as well as up to $55,000 in legal fees. She also agreed to pay $195,000 to cover his athletic training expenditures.
According to a source close to the couple, Kaley and Karl had an 'ironclad prenup in place' before they married.
Both parties have huge financial assets, with the Emmy Award nominee apparently having a net worth of more than $100 million, and Karl earning significant amounts via competition winnings in addition to being the son of billionaire Intuit founder Scott Cook.
With actor Tom Pelphrey, Kaley recently found love once more. They made their relationship public for the first time in early May when she posted a slideshow of cuddly photos from a rustic retreat on her Instagram feed.
On the same day, Tom, 39, shared pictures of the two from their trip, which he captioned with a romantic quotation from the book Noah's Wall.
Later that month, the two made their debut appearance as a couple when they attended The Flight Attendant executive producer Greg Berlanti's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
