Kim Kardashian, for the first time, posted a selfie that was unfiltered and it's creating a buzz on Instagram on many levels. 

Kim just casually posted a filter-free pic on her Insta and her fans and haters both came rushing to blabber. Did she really think it would go unnoticed?

Kim K was in the dentist's chair to clean cavities and that was it for the fans. 

You should go and watch the post, some of the comments are really hilarious, and some are hurtful. But we all know Kardashians don't get hurt over a few comments. Or they are just used to it.

Many comments were made referring to the time when Kim mentioned on her show that she has an uncanny ability to smell cavities. Many comments were made on this former statement of hers.

It's actually funny what people were commenting on her post. One even commented that her posts are unbearable because some kid is hungry and she is flaunting her regular rich lifestyle. Is this some kind of jealousy? Right?!!
