Winner of the American Idol Fourth Season, Carrie Underwood blew her fan's minds by posting her flat belly with perfect abs on her Instagram posts on September 29, 2021. 

According to Pop Culture, Carrie is a fitness freak, and recently she posted a selfie while doing her regular fitness routine with the caption "Happy Monday! Kicking the week off with a Fit52 workout and a new Calia by Carrie Pattern."

38-year-old Carrie is a talented singer and songwriter who has a passion for physical fitness too. As already mentioned, she is such a fitness freak that the artist has her own fitness app named Fit52 and a clothing line. 

As per Yahoo, rather than being in a bubble bath, doing workouts, running miles, and focusing on physical fitness helps Underwood to get some relief from her mental stress.
