Fans were smitten by the former coworkers' connection in the 2018 film and subsequent press tour, during which many believed they were more than pals.
At the 2019 Oscars, Gaga, 35, and Cooper, 47, sang such an intense duet of their song "Shallow" that the "Bad Romance" singer had to deny relationship rumors.

"First and foremost, social media, quite frankly, is the internet's toilet," Gaga, who had just broken up with fiancé Christian Carino, remarked on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" at the time. "It's abysmal what it's done to pop culture." And, certainly, people saw love, which is exactly what we wanted them to see."
Cooper's then-girlfriend, Irina Shayk, was in the crowd, so the show-stopping and sensuous performance sparked a lot of discussions online.
"Shallow" is a love song, and "A Star Is Born" is a love narrative. We worked so hard on that performance all week," Gaga added, adding that Cooper was the brains behind the scenes.
"Everything you saw, from the way they pushed the piano out to the way they put the piano together to us walking on stage with no intro, that was all him," Gaga added of Cooper.
For "House of Gucci," Gaga has been nominated for a SAG Award in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role category. Cooper was nominated for his performance in "Licorice Pizza," but was defeated by Troy Kotsur of "CODA."
