Legends of Tomorrow Crosses Over with Supernatural in the Most Amazing Manner

The crossover between Legends of Tomorrow and Supernatural couldn't be more amazing.

Nothing seems to come as a surprise in 2020 anymore. However, the showrunners of 'Legends of Tomorrow' managed to shock us and delight us all, both at the same time in the latest episode of the American superhero series with a brilliant crossover with one of our favorite CW shows 'Supernatural.'

The new episode titled 'Zari, Not Zari' made some massive reveals, shocking loss, and several new info to ponder upon for hardcore fans. You could argue all of those were expected, but what came as a genuine surprise is the crossover with Supernatural after Charlie, Sara, and John stumble upon the mythical artifact known as the Loom of Fate.

The trio ends up in Vancouver in 2020, and as they wander through the forest, they bump into the filming notice for Supernatural. It turns out Canary, unsurprisingly, carries the hots for the Winchester brothers.

Meanwhile, the gang meets the much-beloved 1967 Chevrolet Impala. Yep, that's right! Our favorite car, 'Baby,' made a cameo appearance. Remarkably, there was even a prop dead body in the trunk followed by a brief Supernatural music.

Legends is pretty popular for poking fun at its own expense, and they pulled off a super meta episode in the most beautiful manner. Well, this pretty much provides confirmation of Supernatural's existence in the world of Legends of Tomorrow. However, many fans will be disappointed who had hoped John Constantine would be joining forces with the Winchester brothers to fight ghosts and demons.

Supernatural is currently postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in our real world, but in the Legends universe the show is apparently delayed because the entire production team is dead. Horrified by the revelation, Sara asked, "If they're dead, who is shooting season 15?"

Meanwhile, the fate of the Arrowverse versions of Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki remains to be seen, but it wouldn't be the strangest thing to ever happen on Legends of Tomorrow if they were revealed as zombies in the near future.
