According to her rep, the Sacramento Kings star "had done nothing" to support his 2-month-old kid with Maralee Nichols.
"Despite claims to the contrary, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son," Nichols' representative, Harvey Englander, told Page Six.
"Neither has he attempted to meet their son, nor has he offered any financial aid."
Following reports that Thompson could be paying up to $40,000 in child support to each of his baby moms, Khloé Kardashian, Jordan Craig, and Nichols, Thompson issued a statement.
Thompson, 30, is the father of three children: Prince, True, and a baby boy with Nichols, whose name is unknown.

In early January, the NBA player acknowledged fathering Nichols' child after a DNA test revealed the truth.
Thompson said on his Instagram Story at the time, "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols." "I'm fully accountable for my conduct." I'm looking forward to parenting our son amicably now that paternity has been verified."
"I deeply apologize to everyone I've harmed or disappointed both individually and publicly throughout this ordeal," he concluded.
Thompson and the fitness model, 31, were embroiled in a contentious paternity battle when she claimed he pregnant her over his 30th birthday weekend while still romantically connected with Kardashian. Until the DNA results popped his bubble, he vehemently refuted Nichols' assertions in court records, even threatening her.
