James Dean, a Former Football Player, Untimely Death Broke Many People's Hearts.
James Dean, a former football player for Chorley FC and AFC Fylde, is no more with us. Unfortunately, he passed away recently.
The late athlete who played for several clubs, including Stalybridge Celtic, Chorley, and FC Halifax Town, died on May 9. He was last seen in Oswaldtwistle at around midnight on Wednesday, May 5, and was missing four days.
James was only 35-year-old. This tragic news was confirmed by Lancashire Police saying: "Police searching for a missing man have sadly found a body."
During the search of the football player, the local community banged together and helped the police in their investigation. While searching, officer and local people found a body in the Moscow Mill Street area around 2:25 pm on May 9.
The late football player was only 35 years old.

According to Ex-Blackburn Rovers star Matt Jansen, who played with James, he was "devastated." While paying tribute on Twitter, former Halifax captain Danny Lowe appreciated him by saying, "he had been a big gentle giant and a goal machine."
The former strike partner Jansen added that he had been "such a great guy." Without a doubt, after hearing the news, James' fans were heartbroken; they paid floral tribute to him.
In a statement, James's family said they were "utterly heartbroken," and they still hope he will walk back through the door and give them his smiles. The late star was a loving father to his boys, a son, grandson, nephew, and a brother.

He was such a genuine and humble person who would go out of his way to help anyone in need. His former manager at Halifax and Harrogate, Neil Aspin, felt as if he had lost part of his family.
To help the family of James Dean fundraiser has been set up. In the two days, more than £12,000 has been raised.
