Durk was detained again on South Green Street in Chicago on June 5, 2013, after allegedly throwing a loaded firearm into his car when confronted by cops. Lil was released after paying a $100,000 bond. 

A firefight occurred in September 2015, only hours before Lil's concert at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which unfortunately resulted in one man's death and bullet damage to Durk's tour bus. He was apparently uninvolved in the incident and was not detained or questioned by authorities.

Dirk was detained in August 2016 on felony firearms charges, but the accusations were later withdrawn, and Durk was freed. Lil and his friend King Von were arrested in June 2019 on charges of attempted murder. 

Prosecutors say the two guys robbed and shot a man outside a busy Atlanta drive-in. They are accused of stealing the man a Jeep Cherokee and $30,000 in cash. Durk and Von were released after a few weeks in jail on $250,000 and $300,000 bail, respectively.
