The "Ted Lasso" star's lawyers hired a process server to deliver critical paperwork regarding their two young children to Wilde.
Wilde, on the other hand, was caught off guard when the server tracked her down to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on Tuesday night, where she was promoting her new film, "Don't Worry Darling."

According to Page Six, Sudeikis was unaware of the intentions and would "never condone" Wilde being served in such an "inappropriate manner."
A woman handed her a manilla envelope and slid it on stage in the middle of the presentation, asking, "Is this for me?"
Wilde continued without blinking after opening the documents and displayed the teaser for the film she made, featuring her boyfriend Harry Styles and Florence Pugh, which was met with a thunderous ovation from the audience.
After seven years together, Wilde, 38, and Sudekis, 46, separated in November 2020. They were engaged and had a 5-year-old daughter, Daisy and an 8-year-old son Otis.
They're negotiating the terms of their custody arrangement right now.
