Police Expect Marilyn Manson To Surrender To Authorities On Assault Charges.

After an arrest warrant is released against American musician Brian Hugh Warner, well-known by his stage name Marilyn Manson, he is expected to hand over himself to Los Angles Police for allegedly assaulting a videographer. As per the musician's lawyer, Manson has agreed to turn himself to Los Angles Authorities.

According to USA Today, the Gilford Police chief said that the department's prosecutor would forward the warrant to the LAPD detective, who will then arrange a specific date and time for Manson to turn himself in.

The arrest warrant against Marilyn was made public on May 21. According to Yahoo News, Marilyn is charged with "two counts of Class A Misdemeanor Simple Assault stemming from a 2019 incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion," an outdoor amphitheater in Gilford.

The videographer said that she was sexually assaulted. She said that she was in the stage pit when she was allegedly assaulted. The report, which specified that the incident was not sexual, also said the videographer alerted authorities of the incident the day after the concert.

According to Gilford Police Department, the warrant was released for two counts of Class A misdemeanor Simple Assault stemming from a 2019 incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. 

As already mentioned, the alleged assaults involved a videographer and a Misdemeanor Class A in NH can carry a possible jail sentence of less than one year and a fine of $2,000.00 or less.
