Queen Latifah Says She Does Not Diet in Order to Maintain Her Body Weight

Queen Latifah underwent a regular workout routine to supplement her weight-loss routine.
'I don't really diet. I kind of keep everything in moderation, exercise, and eat right,' Queen Latifah told People magazine in 2010. 'I eat a lot of vegetables and lean meats, and I drink a whole lot of water. I wish I had known more about nutrition and exercise and how really good it could affect you at a younger age. Then I would have kicked it up a lot sooner.'
But regular exercise also contributed a lot to Queen Latifah's weight loss goals. She hit the gym five to seven days a week, switching between the treadmill or elliptical machine for an hour. That's quite a lot of workouts, and she succeeded in losing weight quite easily after that.
