When Julie dated Moonves, he was still married to his ex-wife Nancy Wiesenfeld, but the couple lived in separate cities. In April 2003, Nancy filed for divorce, and while speaking about their split, she said she was uncomfortable coming to New York as everybody knew about Les and Julie except for her.

The 71-year-old media executive Moonves joined CBS as President of the network's entertainment division in 1995. He gave a massive portion of his career to CBS; he joined CBS back in 1995 and left in 2018. After several sexual misconduct allegations were filed against him, Moonves decided to quit his job as chairman and CEO in September 2018.
Apart from his career, Leslie has been married twice. As mentioned above, his first marriage was with Nancy Wiesenfeld, and the duo lasted for 25 years. In addition, they also shared three children.

To support her spouse, Chen first stepped down from her role as a co-host on CBS' "The Talk." Later she shared a statement on Twitter, describing her husband as "kind," "decent," and a "moral human being."
