'I had this thought in my mind that I want the body of Flo-Jo!' she said. And so far, she's making progress.
In December 2020, Tiffany Haddish revealed to People that she lost 40 pounds to date. That was quite a significant transformation after she weighed 182 pounds last year on her birthday. She further dropped 10 pounds three weeks past her start of the 30-day fitness program. This way, she succeeded in undergoing a 50-pound weight loss.

It appears Tiffany Haddish is moving past the idea of just slimming down for the sake of weight loss. She is thinking of getting abs and building some muscle in her body. 'I don't really want to lose any more weight,' she said, as per Daily Mail. 'want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year's Day! We'll see.'
Tiffany Haddish's diet has been mostly vegan food, which is the most effective way to facilitate weight loss. 'I've been eating differently, eating way more vegetables, definitely eating directly out of my garden and just really putting in the work, making sure I sweat every single day and staying up on nutrition,' she said, as per Prevention. In 2020, the multi-millionaire star began to hit the gym, too, as a part of the 30-day fitness program. She still follows the workout routine she did in the program that helped her undergo weight loss in the first place. She exercises every day anywhere from 15 minutes to sometimes two hours.
'And I try to dance every day for like five to ten minutes,' Tiffany Haddish says. 'I think that's really important, too. Make it fun!'
