Trevor Noah has had a very difficult few weeks.
As per NY Post, the comedian has recently been dealing with some beef from an A-level rap artist, and now he can add selling his Bel-Air property, which he purchased less than a year ago, at a significant loss to the list.

In December 2020, the host of "The Daily Show" paid $27.5 million for the opulent 11,300-square-foot home. He put the home designed by Mark Rio on the market a year later, aiming to get $29.75 million for it.
Noah, 38, re-listed the home for the same price he paid for it after two months on the market with no offers. It eventually sold for $26.39 million on March 22, less than the $1 million that he spent.

The identity of the buyer is unknown at this time, but whomever they are, they got a good deal. The house includes six bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and a powder room that has been dubbed a "masterpiece."
The previous offering described the home as having a "museum-level design," which included a gated automobile court, a separate staff entrance, and living areas drenched with natural light with easy outdoor-indoor movement.
A pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool are among the outside amenities.
A security booth, a gym, a sauna, a screening room, and a primary suite with twin bathtubs and dressing rooms are among the inside amenities. A separate guest unit is also available.
