After being removed from the show in the sixth week, Well appeared on Bachelor in Paradise, where he was paired with Ashley Iaconetti. However, he ended things with Ashley during the sixth week, which led to his elimination.

He hosted his first radio show at the KSPB radio station in California while still in high school. After graduating from high school, Well attended Mississippi University, where he earned a degree in broadcast journalism.
