The WWE Legend Ric Flair Confirms Leaving The Company on His Own Accord.
World Wrestling Entertainment America's professional wrestler Ric Flair has confirmed that he is leaving the company. Wrestling Inc reported that the former world champion is released earlier than his contract.
On August 3, 2021, WWE wrote, "We have come to terms on the release of Ric Flair as of today." However, WWE didn't wish him the best in his future endeavors, which the company does to every other wrestler who retires.

Flair had asked for his early release from the WWE, which the company accepted. According to reports, the world champion had grown frustrated with different booking decisions on WWE TV and reached out to Vince McMahon directly to voice his issues. He then asked Vince for his release.
According to Popculture, Flair wrote, "I want to make it clear to everyone that I'm not upset with WWE at all. They solely are Responsible For Putting Me In The Position Of Life That I'm In right now, where I'm seen in the brightest light ever. We have h different vision for my future. I wish them nothing but continued success! Thank You for Everything! Nothing But Respect!"

The 72-year-old wrestler has appeared on WWE in different roles since 2012. Flair was also inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame in the same year.
The wrestler has spent many years in TNA, called Impact Wrestling now, and Ring Of Honor. The father of Charlotte Flair has had three different stints in WWE, with the first being from 1991-1993 and the second being from 2001-2009.
