'I've lost a lot of human beings. I've had a lot of friends that have been hanging onto my love handles for a while,' Reid said in an interview on Schefter's 'Know Them From Adam' podcast. 'I've dropped them off every once in a while. This was just a small child. It was about 60 pounds we were able to drop off, and hopefully, he stays away.'

Andy even admitted that he teamed up with some Chiefs assistant coaches to have a bit of a weight-loss contest. 'Some of our coaches got on a diet from our trainer that our trainer gave them,' he said. 'They told me they were on this, and I said, 'You know what, I'll jump on it with you, make it a contest.'
