The model is breastfeeding one twin while holding the other in the snap, which she shared on Instagram on Thursday. She and her filmmaker husband Justin Ervin have a kid named Isaac Ervin, whom they received in January 2020.

Graham wrote in her post that her three sons have been "the greatest instructors and biggest reminders that I can do hard things," and that they have been "the greatest teachers and biggest reminders that I can do hard things."

"This hasn't been easy," she added, "but it's been well worth it." "I still can't believe I have three kids." I'm looking forward to sharing my birth and postpartum experiences with you all shortly."

Graham announced the birth of her twins on Instagram last month, according to People.

"Our baby boys are here, and Justin and I are overjoyed. Graham posted on her Instagram story at the time, "They were delivered early this morning at home and are happy and healthy."

Graham's pregnancy was first announced by the couple in July when a breathtaking snapshot of the supermodel was uploaded on each of their Instagram profiles.
