The actress filed a lawsuit against Disney after the company released Scarlett's recent movie "Black Widow" on its streaming channel Disney+ without giving prior notice to the Marvel Studios and Johansson. At the same time, the film was still running in theatres and it affected their contract.

Yes, Disney released the movie simultaneously with the worldwide premiere, which violated the agreement. Due to this reason, Johansson sued the entertainment company for blocking the potential earnings of the film with its theatrical release.

Luckily, both parties agreed to a mutual agreement today; however, the case was active for more than two months as per the reports of CBS News.
Disney and Johansson made peace and the parties involved concluded that they were finally relieved that the issue was dismissed. Further, they add, they are looking forward to working together in the future.
