Christina Kim even locked herself in her bedroom for four days when she basically slept the whole four days. She did so for a combination of rest, intermittent fasting and detox. She handled her sugar cravings in the same manner, and now she is not bothered by soda cans and candy bars. But, Kim did not lose weight for the looks or to fit into a certain size.
'I don't look any different in my eyes,' she said. 'I had, like, the reverse version of body image dysmorphia. I'm a good person. I don't care what I look like.' She got rid of the foods that made her sluggish and induced inflammation.
