'Friends' Fans are Excited for the Long-Awaited 'Friends Reunion.'

How well do the fans remember the 1990s sitcom Friends about six friends living in New York City? After years of rumors and anticipation, the Friends: The Reunion is going to be a reality.

HBO Max released the first trailer for the highly anticipated reunion after the entertainment world paused due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Friends reunion will air on HBO Max on Thursday, May 27.

Friends reunion trailer shows the cast getting back together on the original Friends studio. But rather than filming a new episode, the actors come together for an unscripted special reminisce about their time on the show.

The casts revisit their key sets, test their trivia knowledge of the show, reads their lines, and joining James Corden for a joint sit-down interview in front of a live audience. During the interview, we get to see how close the stars' real-life friendships are. 

Unlike many other sitcoms, Friends has already become a part of many people's lives. Though the hit television series ended in 2004, new generations discover and fall in love with it. Many young fans across the globe dreamed of the six iconic people make a reunion.

Friends Reunion is a special one-off show titled 'The One With The Reunion.' The show brought together the stars, Matthew Perry (as Chandler), Jennifer Aniston (as Rachel), Courteney Cox (as Monica), Lisa Kudrow (as Phoebe), Matt LeBlanc (as Joey), and David Schwimmer (as Ross).

Many stars will feature as a guest in the episode including BTS, Lady Gaga, David Beckham, Justin Bieber, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler. By their appearance, this show is going to be more exciting.

HBO Max explained in a statement that, to avoid any misunderstanding about what this special is, we want to make it very clear that this is not a new, original episode of the series. The casts will be appearing as themselves, not as their beloved characters.
