The World's Wealthiest Man And The Founder of Amazon Donated $200 Million to Van Jones and Jose Andres.
The founder of Amazon and the world's wealthiest man, Jeff Bezos, announced in a press appearance that he would be donating the stunning sum of $100 million each to CNN contributor Van Jones and Chef Jose Andres. Jeff told to give the award on Tuesday after flying to the edge of Space.

According to CNN, Bezos said that Jones and Andres were free to do whatever they want to do with that money. In addition, Jeff said they could give all the money to their charity or share the wealth, which is up to them.
However, the money was tied to a surprise philanthropic initiative that Bezos wanted to announce called the Courage and Civility Award. Further, the award's primary purpose is to honor those who have demonstrated courage and tried to be a unifier in a decision world.

Van Jones is the founder of a nonprofit focused on criminal justice reform Dream Corps thanked Bezos. Similarly, Chef José Andrés founded the D.C.-based World Central Kitchen by thinking that only food can create a better world. Jose's nonprofit organization has responded to countless disasters around the world.
No one knew anything about the award, as said by Anderson Cooper, who has been anchoring CNN's coverage of the flight of the Blue Origin spacecraft.
