And the 13 Going On 30 star was keen to point out that anti-aging procedures and fillers are not the way to happiness, saying that people should 'look in the mirror less.'
Jennifer, who has two teenage daughters with ex-husband Ben Affleck, Violet, and Seraphina, opened out about her beauty routine and what advice she would give others, emphasizing that she does not believe in excessive procedures.
"My advice is to stare in the mirror less and be cautious when injecting anything into your face," Garner stated. "Be extremely cautious and wait as long as possible before adding anything. I don't think you should be shooting up your face at 37."

The Celebrity added that people should 'obsess' less about their appearance and instead focus their energy on other things.
"Look in the mirror less, obsess less, and look around to see what you could be doing with your time instead," she advised. "We all look at our faces more than we used to, which isn't good for us. You are preoccupied with making alterations or repairing something on your face."
Jennifer emphasizes during the interview that if you take care of your skin and hair, you may look amazing without needing to add 'anything substantial,' with the actress swearing by SPF and protein-rich hair products.
Jennifer has already expressed her dislike for Botox, having done treatment herself and been unsatisfied with the outcomes.
"I've had Botox a few times and I don't like it - I don't want a frozen face," Garner told Real Simple in 2020.
It comes after she posted a baking tutorial to her Instagram account on Thursday evening.
In the video, the actress demonstrated to her 13.4 million followers how to create delectable-looking apple cinnamon muffins step by step. In the caption of her post, the performer also branded her video as a '#PretendCookingShow.'
This post comes as her ex-husband is on honeymoon in Europe with his new wife, Jennifer Lopez.
