Fox News host Jeanine Pirro's married life was going all good; however, something disastrous happened. As noted by Wiki, Pirro was married to Albert Pirro, an American lawyer, in 1975. The pair first met when they were in the same school that is Albany Law School.

The couple shares two children: a daughter named Christi Pirro, born in 1985, and a son named Alexander Pirro, born in 1989, as per Biography Mask. Although Jeanine and Albert's marriage was doing well, Pirro was cheated on by her husband.

On May 15, 2000, Albert Pirro made headlines when he was convicted of federal tax fraud and ended up in prison for 11 months. The host stayed with her husband even though he served in jail, which also hampered her political career.

Jeanine Pirro Stood By Her Husband When He Was Accused of Tax Invasion

Jeanine Pirro's political career was hurt after her then-husband was caught for multiple tax frauds. Furthermore, the author supported her beau, which made things worse and shocked many.

In an interview with The New York Times, she explained why she defended her husband: 
“It looks like they’ve investigated every aspect of my personal life, from the dates of birth of my children to who may have driven my daughter to school. I think it’s a desperate attempt by them to bring me in this wherever they can.”

“I didn’t have the luxury of breaking down. Look, I’m human, I’m not saying that at times I don’t hurt. But I’m not going to immerse myself in self-pity. Life goes on: deal with it. And my children needed to know that the family would stay together. That their lives would not change. Even though there is another kid out there somewhere that they have never met and that no one, you know, really knew.” she said.

There were 23 charges on her husband, but he served only 17 months in prison because of Jeanine's defense.
