Chris Pratt took to his Instagram to talk about this subject matter. He wrote, "I am sweating, as you can see this girl is on fire. I am about to start filming a new film, I have some weight to trim off. I am already down 12 pounds, which is pretty good and it happened pretty quickly."

According to an article by Express UK, Chris mentioned, "I was inspired by my brother, who has shed a tonne of weight and is looking real good right now, he has motivated me."

He went on to say that he was going to be a motivator for people struggling with body issues to the same goal towards weight loss. "I am going to motivate you and we are going to get through this together, I'm sweating," he said.

First of all, Chris advises avoiding carbohydrates and alcohol at all costs. "You can't have beer, hash browns, burgers, or anything fried. No carbs."
And he also pointed out that people willing to lose weight should workout five times a week. "If you cut the crap out of your diet and spend an hour a day doing something physical, you'll feel better mentally, physically and spiritually, because it's all tied together. And it's not about starving yourself, because you want to give your body proper nutrition."
Appropriate exercise with the right diet can absolutely solve the problem. It only depends on how much determined you are to the goal and how much effort you put to it. Chris Pratt is an excellent example of all of these, that's how he has got a ripped physique.
