The 47 years old model was once married to the Chicago Bulls player Scottie Pippen for 19-years, with whom she has four kids, before filing a divorce in November 2018. Fans originally started the speculations about her plastic surgery back in 2018 which hasn't been confirmed by the model herself. Not only does she looks like Kardashians, but they also share the same doctor for their cosmetic enhancements. Larsa Pippen shared her visit to Dr. Ourian on several occasions, including the abdominal skin-tightening procedure back in 2017 and Dr. Ourian may be the one who performed the expensive-looking surgery on Pippen in 2018.

While the model may not have officially responded to the rumors, it's not possible to have the level of change we see in her without having to go under the knife.

• Lip Fillers: Pippen's photos before 2018 show smaller lips than the current ones, indicating the use of lip fillers, which is one of the famous procedures among the influencers.
• Rhinoplasty or Nose job: The nose bridge looks pointier than before, which several professionals have implicated to be a nose job.
• Fat Transfer Procedure: Pippen might also have gone under the Fat Transfer Procedure, where the liposuction is applied to the belly, and the same fat is transferred to the buttocks. Many came to this conclusion after she visited Miami Beach in March 2019, where she showed it off.
• Cheek Implants: Cheek Implants might be one of the most popular procedures among celebrities and influencers. It is used for face lifting and provides support to the facial structure while preventing wrinkles, which is also the one she seems to have done.
