That, along with intense workouts every day helped her achieve a fit body. She lost 23 pounds of body weight ultimately, and lost three inches off her waist, shrinking from size 10 to size 8. How was she able to achieve that?
First of all, Sam had to change her eating habits, but it was not easy. As she told Daily Mail, she always had a soft spot for Chinese food; chicken chow mein, crisps, and biscuits. She had difficulty avoiding these to switch to much healthier diets.

Sam had a strong determination to attain a fit and healthy body. She had to eat the right food products too; those food items which could only be digested by her Crohn's illness affecting the digestive system. Sam made several changes to her diet. She started by cutting out carbohydrates, alcohol, and fast foods from her eating list. She instead added healthier options like porridge, chicken salads, and prawn stir-fries.
