Here's all that you need to know about Apple TV +'s new series Little America!
After the great success of sci-fi action drama, 'See,' Apple TV+ is back with a new American anthology series that follows the true stories of immigrant's lives in America. The new series seeks to go beyond the mainstream series trend of the current time. What do we know about the series so far? Let's discuss.
With the starting of a new decade, Apple TV+ is ready to present the latest series, 'Little America,' with a contemporary idea. The anthology series from the Oscar-nominated writers Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon, alongside many other writers, is executive produced by Lee Eisenberg, who also contributed to the script. Lee Eisenberg, as a producer and writer is better known for the famous 2005 series 'The Office' and movies like 'Bad Teacher' (2005), 'Year One' (2009).

The executive producer through Universal Television for the series is Alan Yang, whereas Joshua Davis and Arthur Spector represent the Epic Magazine front. Among other executive producers are Sian Heder and Joshuah Bearman. Eisenberg, alongside Heder, also performs duties as the co-showrunner for Little America.
The 2020 true stories inspired series exhibits a diverse cast to present the equally different stories of the immigrants. Among the known ones are Zachary Quinto, Haaz Sleiman, Melanie Laurent, Shaun Toub, Conphidance, and Sherilyn Fenn. Conphidance portrays the real life story of Igwe Udeh.

The plot of the series is as straight forward as it gets, eight stories of eight immigrants. But there are twists to them, the surprise experiences, the struggles they endured, the challenges they faced, the loneliness and the American dreams they held so tightly to.

Inspired by the true stories featured in Epic Magazine, "Little America" will go beyond the headlines to look at the funny, romantic, heartfelt, inspiring and surprising stories of immigrants in America, when they're more relevant now than ever.
A particular episode will feature the story of a 11 years old Indian boy who must learn to run a hotel in Utah after his parents get deported. This story is based on the real-life events of an Indian guy Kunal Sah who was abused by his uncle following the deportment of his parents.

The 'Little America' site in Epic Magazine features stories of 15 different immigrants from countries like Ukraine, South America, Mexico, Czechoslovakia, India, Syria, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Uganda, Switzerland, Cuba, Iran, and Kosovo.
The series, however, only features stories of 8 different immigrants over eight episodes, one episode for one story each.
