Bindi Irwin Shares Touching Tribute to Her Mother

Bindi Irwin shared a touching tribute to her mother, Terri Irwin, on her birthday.

Bindi Irwin shared a touching tribute to her mother, Terri Irwin, honoring her on her 56th birthday. Bindi took to her social media to share some of her mother's favorite pictures over the years.

Among many pictures, Bindi also added one from her wedding to her husband, Chandler Powell. On her message, Bindi wrote, "Mama, You will always be my Sarah Connor. Fiercely loyal, genuinely kind, and a total badass!"

Irwin added, "ou were born with a purpose to change the world. You're my best friend, and every day you show me what it means to be a woman warrior. I love you so much. Happy Birthday!"

Terri retweeted her daughter's tweet. On her tweet, Terri wrote, "Your love and support mean the world to me, beautiful [Bindi Irwin]. Today is incredibly special. I feel like I can face any challenge with you. You make me so very happy. I am proud to be your mama. Now let's celebrate."

Despite the challenges, the family knows how to stick together. Terri was able to attend Bindi's big day, as was brother Robert Irwin. 

Robert walked Bindi down the aisle in place of late father, Steve Irwin. During the time, Bindi said, "Chandler became my husband, and together we lit a candle in Dad's memory."

Irwin added, "We shared tears and smiles and love. Thankfully, since we all live at Australia Zoo as a family, we could be there for each other. To everyone reading this — stay safe, social distance, and remember LOVE WINS!"
